Greetings!
Notice the 4 small holes on either side and between the gauge holes. These holes are for LED turn signals, high beam and a check engine light. The hole on the lower far right is an electrical charge outlet for gary's smart phone. I love fresh paint! As soon as the dash is done and dry I can start the final assembly and get this hot rod on the road!!

Dash update: The dash on the '51 Chevy coupe is now yellow.
When I painted the A/C vents earlier this week I noticed that if I sprayed the yellow over prepped grey primer it would make the yellow look sickly green. I remembered Ram, at K&U Auto Parts, telling me that it was a poor-hiding color. Then, I repainted the vents white first, followed by yellow, and the results were SO much better! I did the same with the dashboard today and it came out really nice. There was a bit of dust on the finish so I'll probably sand the clear coat and apply one or two more coats. If you look closely at the radio cutout you can see that I left it in the same messed-up state. The dial face I made will totally cover this hole and give the center of the dash a flair. I'll post it in the next few days. Notice the 4 small holes on either side and between the gauge holes. These holes are for LED turn signals, high beam and a check engine light.
